VT Vaporizers prioritizes open communication lines with its customers. For retail and brick and mortar shops, we prefer to talk over the phone to build a personal relationship and rapport. If you prefer to email, that's fine too!
Currently, we ONLY ship to the United States. Shipping times do vary based upon the availability of the product and size of the order. Normal shipping time for single-product orders is 3-5 business days depending on location. For larger orders (Normally over 50), expect shipping to take 10-14 business days for fulfillment. All other orders are processed QUICKLY through our partnership with companies like USPS, DHL and FEDEX. This is to ensure you receive your vaporizer as fast as possible! Expect these orders to arrive in 3-5 business days! Note: Pre-orders will be shipped out in the beginning of 2020. You should expect your vaporizer to be delivered 3-5 business days thereafter.
We take all of our product photographs in house or are acquired through our happy customer reviews. All photos on the site are genuine photographs of products from our inventory. Rest assured, you WILL receive what we advertise every time!
In the rare and unlikely event a customer is not completely satisfied with one of our vaporizers, we offer a 30 day Satisfaction Guarantee. To be eligible, the package MUST be sealed and unopened/unused so that we can return it to our stock. Please send us an email FIRST so that we may try to rectify any shortcomings before the return process begins. Wholesale: Returns will be handled at the store level in compliance with store procedures. NOTE: This reason for return must ensure the item is still in the brand new condition so that it may be restocked to the shelves. If a customer finds their vaporizer malfunctioning after normal use, again, they will return it to the brick and mortar store. VT Vaporizers will send a shipping label to be shipped back to us and the store will receive a replacement.
We place each and every vaporizer through a vigorous quality-control check. This limits our loss from having to destroy products we deem unworthy. We feel it is absolutely necessary to go the extra mile for our customers. Our mission from day 1 is to deliver the highest quality at the best prices for our customers.
Don't worry, we got your back! VT Vaporizers goes to great lengths to ensure your item(s) arrive the same way they left our facility. However, mistakes may occur. In the highly unlikely event you receive your item(s)broken, KEEP the box and packing materials. Take detailed and clear pictures of the broken item(s) and box so we may make a claim with the carrier. We will issue a shipping label if we need you to ship the damaged item(s) back to us. We will send you a brand new replacement or issue a full refund! Up to you!
